BOO BASH

 

CURRENT SOBAY MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY -As a reminder, this event is solely for currently enrolled SoBay students. All ticket sales have been reviewed by administration and if you are not a currently enrolled SoBay student or did not purchase a ticket - you will be denied entry. 


DROP OFF ONLY - the event starts at 7:00 pm, kids will be dropped off on the North Campus (kinder side) rotunda. Parents are not allowed to get off the car, please ensure kids are ready to get off the car promptly to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. 

*Volunteers will be there and available to assist kids at arrival. 

 

ADMISSION - There will be one sign-in table with stations per grade - kids will give their name and homeroom and verified with the lists.

*No sales at the door.

 

NO ENTRY ON 96th STREET - Parents - please do not enter 96 street or linger in surrounding areas. 

 

PICK UP - Event ends at 10:00pm.  The car line will be available starting at 9:45pm. You will have to give your child's name and they will be called over to dismiss in the same rotunda as drop off.  Please be patient.

SCHOOL POLICY - Students are expected to adhere to all school policies and procedures regarding behavior and contraband items. Disciplinary action will be taken as needed. 

Parents - please remind your kids to be on their best behavior.  

Costumes need to be school appropriate.

 

SAFETY - There will be a few SoBay staff present and several parents volunteering at this event to ensure the safety and protection of our children along with a Miami Dade County Police Officer. 

 

CASH ONLY - Lastly, remember to send cash for the many extra activities and snacks that will be for sale. This is an 8th grade fundraiser and they have worked very hard to ensure it is a successful night.
