SWAG FAQs
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Approximate time is 2-3 weeks after purchasing window closes, depending on manufacturer and print shop delivery and turn over times.
2. Why is purchasing window so short? When will it reopen?
We need to have a deadline in order to place the order and distribute the items timely.
3. What size should I get?
Most items are true to size, unless stated otherwise. However, when in doubt, size up.
4. Can the swag shirts/shorts be worn at school?
Yes, on Fridays and other pre-announced special days.
5. When can the swag sweaters be worn to school?
Any of the sweaters can be worn to school on any day.
6. Can we return/exchange?
We cannot accommodate returns/exchanges under any circumstances. We encourage you to re-sell to classmates or friends.
7. When will new merchandise come out?
We plan to rotate styles and keep trends up to date. The PTO swag team has many ideas for winter, spring, and summer merchandise, so check back regularly.
8. What if I missed a window, will the merchandise still be available?
Again, we cannot guarantee availability of specific items after a window closes. There may be some items that we discontinue based on limited popularity and/or inventory.
9. Who can I contact with questions about my order?
Please do not call the school to ask about SWAG merchandise. Contact PTO for any swag related questions.
