EVENT FAQs

1. What is included in the cost of the ticket? Your ticket includes a wristband for entry to the venue's private area including private bar access, 2 drink tickets, light bites, and plenty of fun!

2. Can we bring friends whose kids don't attend SoBay? Respectfully, this is an event for currently enrolled SoBay parents only.

3. Will parking be available? Yes! There is plenty of metered parking and a valet option for an additional cost. As always, carpooling and Uber/Lyft are recommended. 

4. Is this a private event or open to the public? This is a private event for our SoBay Families. However the venue itself will remain open to the public. 

5. What is the attire? Think Friday Night Happy Hour - casual but fun. 

6. Can I get refund if our plans change?  Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered as we have a contract and must pay in advance. You are welcome to privately sell your tickets. Just be sure to email us the name change so we can update the list. 

7. I would love to promote my business at this event - how can I do that? There are a few options to have branded signage and advertising opportunities at this event, please email us at sobayptoboard@gmail.com to discuss some options.
